Rolfing® Structural Integration dramatically changed the quality of my life. I am excited to be able to share this profound system of work with you.
I found Rolfing® SI while living in Steamboat Springs, CO in 2000. I was an avid hiker, biker, skier and snowboarder and I had been plagued with low back troubles for years, eventually herniating a disk. I had tried years of physical therapy, cortisone shots and prolotherapy but nothing gave me more than temporary relief. When I went to my first Rolfing session, it felt like the first time anyone ever looked at me from head to toe, as a whole person, instead of just a collection of parts. What a difference that made.
After receiving the long-lasting benefits of Rolfing SI for over 12 years, I decided I wanted to be a part of this work in a bigger way. I want to share the benefits of the work with others and help people feel better in their bodies.
Throughout my career, I have had a passion for teaching, problem solving, helping others and finding the most efficient way to get things done. I have been able to successfully utilize these skills in teaching, IT, operations management and business systems development. I enjoy seeing how easily they transfer into the field of Rolfing® SI. As a Certified Rolfer™, I can help ease patterns of tension, teach new patterns of movement and help clients find a new level of order and organization in their body.
My office is located in Bend, OR and I serve clients in the entire Central Oregon region. Please contact me for additional information.
